Week 1 – 263lbs

I am beginning off the competition weighing 3 lbs more than Homer Simpson when he was so fat he clogged H2Whoa!! at Mount Splashmore.

Breakfast –
7:00am – Kashi Pumpkin Spice and Flax TLC bar. Water.
8:21am – Lowfat strawberry yogurt and cottage cheese. Water
Lunch – I was facing another day of the coconut/peanut butter chicken. I couldn’t do it. I bought a cup of seafood chowder and some crackers.
17 Rold Gold Tiny pretzels
mixed nuts and M&Ms. Water.
Dinner –
Chicken Breast lightly breaded and baked. Corn and Peas. Milk
