Daily Image 2011 – Day 54
Tuesday, February 22 – as part of my effort to lose weight, I am doing some counselling with a dietition. I had my first consultation with her in the morning. She added some new parameters to what I was already doing. The biggest challenge for me is proper snacking. I lose track of time on my computer and forget to eat. Also, I have a difficult time knowing what to eat for snacks, so she has given me a long list of ideas. Very helpful.
I have already lost 7 pounds since I started with myfitnesspal app on my iPhone in January (a pound a week). The dietition has now giving me more calories each day so I am happy. 🙂
