I haven’t actually done one of these since January, rather lost my mojo on that front until the last couple of weeks, when I’ve somehow managed to lose 6lbs and hit my 4 stone and 25% weight loss targets (and the mathematicians among you can now work out what my starting weight was and roughly what I weigh now too!!) Somewhere between 1.5 and 2 stone to go to goal. plus the Race for Life at the end of May (thanks Flaf and IDB for that!!), bring it on!!
