rs of the three nightsentertainment undoubtedly fell to Wilson. Cumber-lege, who had taken the spindle side in the privateperformance in my rooms already recorded, had dis-appeared ; I fancy he left after my second term, butat all events the memory of his success was utterlywiped out by the veritable triumph of WilsonsDinah, with songs and dances. Fred. Wilson wasnot in the least fast : he was religious andintensely high church, far and away in advanceof anything that was at that time consideredhigh at Cambridge, where Puseyism was re-garded by the majority as little more than a fador an eccentricity in religion, just as had been lookedupon Simeonism and ultra-evangelical practices inyears gone by. The nickname Sim was then still occasionallyused to denote a sort of respectable Stiggins, whowould turn up his eyes and hold up his hands inhorror at the mere mention of a dramatic perform-ance, and who regarded theatres as temples of thedevil. But Fred. Wilson, who as a university man was

F. C. a AS .MKPHISTOPHELES • IX HIS BURLESQUE OF FAUST THE SPINDLE SIDE 279 of the quietest type possible, loved the drama; athome he was always for character and dressingup, and was, naturally, a clever actor in a certain line.Undoubtedly Vx-s, forte was the assumption of femininecharacter, and his youthful, slim figure, his not un-handsome face, of rather a Jewish cast, guiltless ofwhiskers (he shaved in obedience to the dictates ofhis artistic conscience), his delicate hands and pecu-liarly neat ankles, fitted him, beyond anyone else Iever remember to have seen on or off the A.D.C.boards, for the assumption of such petticoat parts ashe consented to play. On referring to PersonalReminiscences of the A.D.C, I find that Wilsonsfirst appearance was as Distaffina in Bombastes, andthe following term, when he appeared as Dirtak inmy burlesque of Villikins, the success was so greatthat we determined on following it up with anotherperformance of three nights duration at the end ofthe term

GoodFET30
slim fast
This is a draft of the GoodFET30, a slimmed down version of the GoodFET20 with fewer parts and a cheaper MCU. The 2274 used on this board is faster than the 1612 of the GoodFET20, but this board lacks voltage glitching and the external UART. The row of eight pins at the top is general purpose I/O.

I might make this smaller before manufacturing by moving the MCU to the bottom side of the board.
